You decide what matters. Clara makes sure it happens.
Stop managing your homeschool and your home from memory.
Clara takes everything out of your head and organizes it into a clear system your whole family can actually follow. No templates. No setup forms. No getting organized first. And when life shifts, the system adjusts with you.
Built by a homeschool mom who needed this and couldn't find it anywhere else.
You're carrying more than anyone sees.
It's not just school. It's everything that keeps your home running. Lessons, chores, appointments, who needs what today, what got skipped, what you're already behind on. Almost all of it lives in your head. Not in a system. In your head.
Nothing runs unless you remember it, start it, and keep it going. And on the hard days, which is most days, it all falls back on you.
That is not a you problem. That is a system problem.
Less time for marriage
When everything runs through one person, there is nothing left at the end of the day for the people who matter most.
Shorter fuses
Stress without relief has nowhere to go. Your kids get the leftovers of a depleted mom.
Burnout and quitting
Families who believed in this are quitting. Not because they stopped caring, but because they ran out of capacity.
Constant replanning
Too many decisions, no system to hold them. Every morning starts from scratch.
You don't need a tighter schedule. You need something that runs when life shifts.
Homeschool is supposed to be flexible. When your kid catches fire about something and you spend three hours going deep on it, that is not a failure. That is homeschool working. But without a system behind it, that moment turns into a shame spiral about what didn't get done.
A Planner
A paper map. When you hit a detour, a sick day, a rabbit hole morning, a park day, the map is wrong. Most parents don't redraw it. They just feel guilty for two weeks.
Homeschool Managed
Google Maps. When life shifts, Clara recalculates. Same destination. New route. No guilt. Your kid spent three hours on a science rabbit hole? Amazing. The system just reroutes.
From mental load to clear execution in three steps.
One brain dump. A semester of structure. No weekly maintenance required.
Tell Clara everything your family does
Type out everything that repeats in your family's life. Curriculum for each child, where they currently are, chores, routines, activities, your schedule, constraints. All of it, messy and unfiltered. Clara handles the structure.
Clara builds your family's system
Clara turns your brain dump into a working plan. Tasks are defined, prioritized, and scheduled. Curriculum pacing is tracked. Chores are assigned. The right tasks show up on the right days, automatically.
Your family knows what to do every day
Parents see the full picture on their phone. Kids open their task view on any device and see exactly what to do next. Nobody asks you what is next. And when life shifts, Clara adjusts the plan without starting over.
Student task view on phone
Parent dashboard on Chromebook or laptop
Most homeschool tools are built for parents who already have it together.
This one is built for the moment before that.
Other tools require
- ✗ Name your homeschool
- ✗ Set your term dates
- ✗ Add each course one by one
- ✗ Add tasks one by one
- ✗ Multiple screens before the product does anything
- ✗ The parent to organize before getting any help
Homeschool Managed requires
- ✓ Open Clara
- ✓ Tell her everything your family does regularly
- ✓ That is the whole setup
- ✓ Works with any curriculum
- ✓ Runs automatically, updates when life changes
- ✓ Adapts when life shifts, no replanning required
Planners require you to do the organizing before you get any help. Clara does the organizing for you. That is not a small difference. That is the whole product.
Everything your family needs. In one place they will actually use.
Works on phones, tablets, and laptops. Works with any curriculum. No weekly setup required.
A family dashboard that shows the whole picture
Every student's progress, what's falling behind, what needs your attention, and what's running on its own. One screen, full picture.
Every kid sees exactly what to do today
Your kids open their view on any device and their tasks are right there. No asking you. No confusion. No "what do I do next?"
Built for how your kids actually learn
Each student has their own profile. Independence level, support type, task visibility. One kid sees their full day. Another sees one task at a time.
The system reroutes when life happens
Missed a day? Tasks carry forward automatically. No shame spiral. Your destination doesn't change. Just the route. And when things change long-term, Clara adjusts the whole plan.
The first homeschool system designed for neurodivergent parents and kids.
A significant portion of homeschool families include a neurodivergent parent, a neurodivergent child, or both. The research is clear. So is the problem: every tool on the market was designed for neurotypical organization styles.
If that is not you, and for a lot of us it is not, those tools don't just fail to help. They make you feel like the failure.
Clara was built differently. The brain dump is the clinically validated starting point for how neurodivergent minds externalize and process what they are holding. You don't organize first. You get it out first. Then the system does the organizing.

I built the tool I couldn't find anywhere else.
I am a homeschool mom in Houston, Texas. For years I was working well over 40 hours a week from home, traveling for work, and still managing our household and homeschooling two boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum.
Everything lived in my head. I was constantly replanning, constantly catching up, and constantly feeling behind despite doing everything right. I tried every planner. I built systems professionally for a decade in commercial real estate and large-scale development. I still couldn't make any of these tools work for my family.
That is not a me problem. That is a design problem.
Before I built anything, I did the research. The data on neurodivergent parents in homeschool communities. The clinical evidence for why getting it out of your head first is how our brains actually work best. The studies on working moms who want to homeschool and hit the same walls. This is not a product I built on a hunch.
When I started homeschooling, I tested both boys on IXL. Despite making A's and B's at exemplary-rated public schools, both were testing at early elementary mastery levels. Eighteen months later, no formal curriculum, no tests, just presence and curiosity, one had advanced to high school mastery levels. The other was at grade level.
You are still in charge. Your kids still learn the way you want them to. This just makes it actually possible to keep doing it.
Get your homeschool out of your head and into a system that actually runs.
